Land purchased and only a month or so away from ‘turning the turf’. Your building or earth-moving contractor may ask for the building site to be cleared and mowed prior to earth-works beginning. ADZE Value Property Services can help.

We cut grass and overgrown vegetation to 100mm.

If the building site is overgrown, we recommend two cuts within a month, and if nasty weeds like gorse or blackberry is present, we can return to do follow-up weed control.
